AVISHAG SHAAR – YASHUV
Avishag Shaar Yashuv photojournalist and documentary photographer, 24 years old, was born in 1990 in Haifa. Israel.At the age of 17 started to learn photography, printing and development studies of the Technion, and since then the camera has become a central part of her life.
At age 19, immediately upon termination of service
Avishag began to work as a news website photograpger at YNET website in Haifa and later as a magazine photographer and on special projects of the site across the country.
At the same time she worked as a freelance newspaper photographer at “calcalist”, XNET website FLASH photo agency, 90 etc.
Her photos were sold to worldwide agencies:
AFP AFP Agency, EPA, Bureau, agency AP RUTERS etc.
And newspapers and news websites in the world.
Among others her work was published in the New York Times. “Pictures of the day”-The wall street journal, ”Pictures of the week-”TIME“
